Originally from Tulsa, Ok, Joy has lived and traveled across the nation, which provides her an understanding of housing values within today’s diverse real estate markets. Prior to Real Estate, Joy spent 12 years in the Retail Industry.

As a District Manager of several high-end Fashion Retailers, she consistently developed and excelled at her business year over year. By providing an exceptional experience to both internal and external clients, she was able to exceed business goals, people development, and most importantly…. client expectations!

This career platform laid the foundation for her move to Real Estate. In 2003, she decided to take the leap of faith into Real Estate. She practiced real estate as a Licensed Real Estate Agent for 5 years. In 2008, she spent 5 more years in the REO industry as an Asset Manager. She was consistently a top producer in her field. This is where she found her passion of Transaction Management and has closed over 2000 transactions nationwide & continues to close more. Joy still holds an Active Real Estate License and focuses primarily on her Transaction Management Business, Rhodes Real Estate Solutions.

Her systems and communication techniques will provide a professional client-oriented experience. With her vast knowledge in Real Estate and Exceptional Client Care, she is the expert to support Agents in growing their business.
